Senior Designer (Lighting)

Senior Designer (Lighting)
Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the lighting market to guide and influence design decisions.
· Lead the development of lighting concepts for projects, ensuring innovative and effective solutions.
· Oversee the delivery of technical services and deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
· Manage both the commercial and technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Actively pursue and secure new clients, building long-term relationships to support the growth of the business.
Qualifications & Experience required:
· Degree in Lighting, Architectural, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, Theatre Design or related disciplines
· At least 8 years of lighting design experience
· Possess a membership of relevant professional institution(s)
· Creative, self-motivated with good interpersonal and influencing communication skills
· Strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
· Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Designer.
