The Opportunity
To support our commitment to the wellbeing of our members, we have a new opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our People East Asia team in Hong Kong, serving a diverse community of over 3,500 designers, planners, engineers, advisors and experts in the region who are committed to shaping a greener, better and more sustainable world!
As the People Business Partner, you will be responsible for
· Strengthening partnership between People and members of Arup
· Providing strategic advice and workforce planning
· Discovering business requirements and facilitating solution implementations, working closely with People center of excellence (eg. Resourcing, Talent and Organization Development, EDI, Rewards)
· Managing critical and complex people issues
· Providing coaching and advice to senior leaders

Is this role right for you? To qualify, you should have
· Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
· At least 10 years of HRBP or relevant experiences from sizable companies. Regional experience is preferred
· Good understanding of Human Resources operations
· Strong negotiation, communications, and interpersonal skills
· Strong client servicing mindset and solution consulting orientation
· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
