Responsibilities:

  • Act as a main contact point to handle travel request and enquires from internal users
  • Liaise with travel agents to execute ticketing on airline, hotel bookings, accommodation that according to the company travel policy
  • Manage corporate contract with airline travel agents and hotels
  • Support general administrative clerical work, including maintain accurate records of bookings, preparing for various reports and proceed the payment
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • At least 4 years of travel arrangement experience under travel agent or travel desk team of sizable company
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently 
  • Mature, good team player, multi-tasking and willing to take up new challenge
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred   

 

   

 

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer | Administration (Travel).
